Hi everyone

Unfortunately I may have found a lump a few weeks ago at the bottom of my testicle that cant always be found. I first found it due to my right testicle being painful. The worrying thing is I have lower back pain aswell. The doctor checked me out  3 weeks ago but couldnt find a lump and said she was 90% sure that it was nothing bad but sent me for an ultrasound which was aparently urgent with a wait just over 3 weeks. Im having an ultrasound on my testicles and back next week And I am terrified can somebody please shed some light on this please. Thank you
