Hi Siyaa. im in the same position as you at the moment. i was told in the ultrasound that there was fluid in my fallopian tube. and then the next day the gp phoned and said there was an 'extremely abnormal' cyst on my left ovary. that had different textures. im assuming  this means some solid parts. i was urgently referred to gynycology down the urgent suspect cancer pathway. my ca125 level is apparantly normal although my prolactin level is high. 

unfortunately i got 'lost' in the system again (2nd time since all this started happening) and i should of been seen weeks ago. so now my case is finally being put to mdt meeting on wednesday and hopefully should find out whats going on then. the waiting is awful isnt it. not knowing whats going on and like your in the dark
