The symptoms you mention are not always cancer, it could be many other things, but you need to go to a GP and be checked out as soon as possible to know what is causing your symptoms. If you delay, the problem may get worse and more difficult to treat. Even if your symptoms go away now, you still need to see a GP because sometimes symptoms come and go.

Cancer can be treated and cured when it is caught early, so book an appoitment asap. I understand you may feel scared and shocked but sometimes not knowing what's going on is much worse than knowing. Medical staff are there for all of us.
