Hi om 48 years old female who has had really heavy bleeding,ovarian left sides pain lots of others issues

Visited GP TWOweeks ago,who arranged bloods and scans. Bloods were done on fri afternoon results came back mon went to see GP raised CA125 to 135  referred to consultant and went for scans

Scans came back clear,so consultant ordered URGENT CT SCAN also did cancer smear 

 Had a call to go and see GP about results going today 11/12/19

Should i be concerned 

Had such an terrible week being told this and that 

So so confused
