Haven't been yet as didn't want to keep going to the doctors. Think I may have to though as it is not going away and have had this problem for a while.
That's what Dr's are for though. We are unable to diagnose ourselves and Dr's are there to diagnose and offer the relevant recovery programme (whether it be medication, physio, further appts etc), or indeed to dispell our fears if they believe there is not a problem.
When you say you didn't want to keep going to the Dr's have you been for this problem before and they have not done anything?
