Worried ca-125

Hi everyone, I'm new and my first time posting I'm just really worried.

im 30 years old and have been feeling unwell for the past month/2 months that came on all of a sudden. I have been having stomach troubles, bloating, feeling full, loss of appetite and nausea. My GP took routine bloods expecting it to come back as normal and I just had increased stomach acid but I have high levels of CA-125 and he has ordered an urgent scan but the waiting is killing me with worry.

Has anyone any advice to help the waiting game please?

    Welcome to Cancer Chat. I'm sorry to read about how you've been feeling recently.

    The uncertainty and waiting for information is often really difficult so I understand how you feel. Everyone is different but some people say it helps to keep busy and distracted as much as possible - carrying on as normally as you can.

    Try to avoid dwelling on it and also avoid Googling it or anything like that, as that can increase the worry.

    I hope it's not too much longer for you to wait to find out more.
