I'm sorry to say that I'm not sure what a "CPC Meeting" is. I wonder if it's another term for an MDT (Multi disciplinary team) meeting which are relatively common. 

An MDT meeting will be where the clinicians from different teams get together to look at a patients notes and results and decide what - if any - further steps are appropriate. 
Generally a patient wouldn't be in attendance at an MDT meeting but then attend a follow up appointment with the Consultant who would be in a position at that point to tell the patient the results of any tests and what was discussed at the MDT. 

We know that waiting for results and appointments can be a difficult time but hopefully when you see the Consultant later this month they will be able to answer all your questions.
