Hi, I have recently booked an appointment to see my GP as I have had lots of breast and sternum pain and have noticed some weird lumps in my armpit.
The problem is my appointment isn't for a couple of weeks and I cannot stop panicking. My breasts keep feeling really hot and I'm overthinking every pain I feel. I am only 23 but have lots of family history. Should I book an emergency appointment or am I overthinking?
