Hi everyone, hoping someone may have a similar experience to me, or else I’m a one off in this mysterious scenario.  Around 4 weeks ago literally out of the blue a huge purple mottled bruise like thing appeared on my right breast, I mean covering two thirds of it. Like I’d been punched or in acar crash! No pain at all. The bruise changed then to a red/rustic type colour. I went to the doctor and she prescibed antibiotics. At this stage I felt a tiny lump but doc couldn’t and didn’t seem overly worried. Last week the bruising had faded and a big lump could be felt. Back to doctor who immediately referred me to the breast clinic. They rang on fri afternoon to make me an appointment. So I go this Thurs.  The lump doesn’t feel as prominent or else my breast was swelled and has reduced.  For months I’ve had shoulder and under arm pain which has became worse over the last 6 wks or so resulting in me taking Naproxan every day. No pain or tenderness in breast.  I’m a strong person but this has me worried sick. I’ll deal with the outcome but it’s the not knowing and I’ve never heard of anyone else experiencing this.
