About two months ago I found a lump at the bottom of my left breast, near the centre of my chest. I've been checking on it every now and then as I assumed it was just there due to my period. However, it's been two months and I am not due on for another two weeks but it is still here and has been the entire two months. My family has history of breast cancer and other cancer but im 25 and worried I'll be wasting GP time as it's probably nothing? When i press on the lump its solid, doesn't roll/move and hurts my muscle to press on it but no pain from the lump itself. I get slight dull aches underneath the breast (almost like muscle pain) but haven't noticed any changes to them.

Is there any suggests anyone could make ?? I really dont want to go to the doctors as I think I wont be taken seriously due to my age.
