I’m 35 and after so many years I found out got lump side of my testicle it’s sort big but I hope I haven’t got cancer since my balls don’t hurt  and my blood test was fine last year.  I’m not scared go gp because I don’t want surgery since I’m tablets plus got my partner worry about.  I wonder if it’s a  cuyst
