Positive fit tes very worried

I’m in my late30s and have a positive fit test . I’m really worried I have bowel cancer ? My symptoms are loose stool normal stool feels like I’ve not emptied some days after going to toilet . I get tummy ache after eating go told me I will be referred for two week wait but I hate waiting and don’t know what to expect I’m so worried

Hiya my fit test was positive to waiting for a colonoscopy I am mid 30s I noticed blood like mucus in my poo and that's where it started for me my bloods show I am anemic so now waiting I am so scared I can't even explain how scared I am I spent 2 days crying I have convinced I have cancer as I can't see what else it could be I have pain on my left hand side mostly in the evening I am scared to poo as I don't want there to be blood in it
