Hi

Ive noticed I’ve a lump the size of a grape  just above my hair line on the right side back of my head, it’s been there a couple of weeks but seems a little larger it doesn’t hurt to touch  but it’s very noticeable when you run your fingers over it, Should I go and see my GP??
