Please can you helo me.

I feel that my mother is being somewhat messed about by her local hospital.  It's been 10 weeks and still no diagnosis other than 'cancer'.  They have lost appointments, they have labelled bloods incorrectly and they are dragging their feet!  They were unable to perform a procedure on her womb on the 10/11/19 so she has been sent an emergency appointment for the 27/11/19?  Is this really classed as an emergency and does it usually take 10 + weeks to get a formal diagnosis?  

Please can you let me know if there is anyone I can speak to regarding this matter?  I have already contacted PALS but they seem to side with the hospital and not the patient!
