yesterday was first time I went to a breast oncologist and to say I was disappointed was an understatement. All she did was tell me what the surgeon did prior to my surgery. I was expecting to have better answers to my questions and a plan of dates in place for radiotherapy. Instead she just said she wanted me to have the booster... one extra week radiotherapy concentrating only on the area where the lump was removed and that I'll get a letter in a few days for a CT appointment and tattoo markings. She didn't even look to see if I was healing well lol

Hi JBee, oh dear that doesn't sound good at all.you would think they give you more information. I will need chemo radiotherapy and herceptin.so I am hoping I get more information on when it's going to start.breast nurse told me we will be at hospital nearly whole day.so we will see.
yay when I got home a letter was waiting, so I start radiotherapy on the 5th December and finish 6th January feel a lot happier now I have a plan. How you feeling today?
Hi JBee, that's good then. Least you got a plan sorted. I'm bit nervous about monday.well I no one treatment I'm having is a years course.not looking forward to it.but least once I have dates I can plan things around it x
