I've been having random knee aches not painful when I sit down or move but when I bend and walk up the stairs it's achy but I have bad anxiety and google things and it all come up with knee cancer could it be
Don't know anyone who doesn't have occasional aches and pains in joints. My knees have given me gyp for years and even lock at times, never have I thought it could be cancer. I would go see your GP if the pain is consistant or worsens and they can examine you.
