Hi

Never been on anything like this but am suffering severe anxiety. Wake up thinking I am dying. Tensed up and shivering all day and finding it hard to eat. I found a small lump under my right armpit. Went to the doc and she was surprised I even found it. Not really sure what my armpits usually feel like as never check there. She said when she touched it it disappeared and was hard to find. She said she would usually wait two weeks to refer but saw I was nervous. It’s much smaller than a pea and moves or rolls away when I touch it. You would not find it if you used flat of fingers. It’s not painful. I picked up on it when I was rolling my deodorant. I had a mammogramme three months ago and that came back clear. I have been googling and feel sick. I have been waiting a week and have another to go. Feel paralysed with fear and just can’t control it. Have been doing mindfulness but it’s hard. Does a mammogramme take an image of the top of the breast going into the armpit? I am 51 and periods stopped 3 years ago. No history of breast cancer. Don’t smoke or dink. Vegetarian. Annoyingly most the post in this subject in here never have an outcome. I have lost two stone recently in WW so maybe that is why Inhavnt felt it before when rolling deodorant. Any advice anyone? Thanks
