Postmeno lump and pain

Hi, having pain and discomfort in my breast which I thought you couldn't get postmenopause.  Doctor has referred me as 2,week wait.  Anyone else had this? 
I have had blocked duct 10 years ago on that side which was removed and fortunately benign. Had microcalcifications in other breast again benign after core biopsy. 

has anyone else had thus after menopause?

    Anyone had this ??! Ok so tomorrow's the day I go to the breast clinic.  I've had a couple of visits and fortunately after core biopsies and duct op I managed to be lucky  as they have been benign.  I know you don't usually get pain with breast lumps but this is still there from 2 weeks ago and I have pain in my shoulder and back.  I am postmeno so it's a bit weird, anyone else had this?
