just wanted to ask is a wait of longer than 3 weeks normal after biopsy on his bladder and referral on 2 week pathway?

Waiting times can vary for lots of different reasons although we know that it can be very frustrating waiting for results.
It may be worth giving the hospital a call to see if they know how long Dad may be waiting for his results/appointment.
