Pancreas ultra sound result

Hi, 

i recently had an ultrasound of my pancreas as I’ve not been feeling well, with a very itchy scalp the results were the pancreas appeared grossly normal with the tail of the pancreas obscured by bowl gas. Is anybody able to interpret this for me because dreaded google is not giving me good answers!
