So I am a 30 year old mum of three. I take the contraceptive pill continuously so rarely have a period - I release a flow probably 2-3 times a year.
last month I had bleeding between periods I dismissed it to being a problem with my hormones and the pill. this last week I have had spotting again. Along with spotting a pain in the left side of my back which is quite persistent and also pain in my tummy but not as bad as my back.
for a few months I have bad tiredness too find it hard not to have a nap in the day. I had put it down to depression.
feeling really nervous and just needed someone to vent to as I don't want to worry my family how I'm really feeling.
