My Mum has what is called asities,a build up of fluid in the stomach,from the cancer spreading from her breast to her liver. Your prognosis is better the younger you are,as there are more treatment options. Do not worry and just wait for a proper diagnosis. In my Mum's case she not only has breast cancer but has cachexia and has wasted away very quickly. I'll say a prayer for you Kelly,God bless.
