I am sorry to hear about your situation. I can understand that it can be worrying when you have unexplained symptoms.  We are unable to say why you are getting these symptoms.  There can be many different reasons and it does not always mean a cancer diagnosis. Vaginal discharge can happen for a variety of reasons. The NHS have written some information about vaginal discharge which you can read about here

Cancer of the vagina is rare and it normally happens at a much older age, so the chances of vaginal cacner are very low in any woman in their thirties.  

Do discuss all your different symptoms with your GP.   I do hope that you find out what is going on soon. Just a update,  I had swabs taken today and having bloods 2morro, Renal profile, polycystic ovary, fbc and ca125 also done a  faecal immunochemical test today as well. Fingers crossed they come back all fine.
