I found a lump this evening where the bra line would be it is really big & fixed no movement at all it is sore to touch but also my right arm is sore as well any advice would be helpful I had a scare a few yrs ago with lumps on my left breast but turned out to be cysts but this lump is totally different in size & my right breast is bigger
