Hi there, 

I have a doctors appointment booked but just wondering weather these are worrying symptoms 

I have lumps and bumps in both breasts that can be felt in certain position, they are movable and hurt to touch, I'm not sure weather the lumps are just part of my breasts (I have small breasts so it's easy to feel bumps ect)  and also have armpit pain..I am due to have my period but it hasn't come aswell

My mum keeps telling me to stop being silly and that it is nothing but I need to speak to someone about it, I have really bad anxiety which causes me to worry about things (which sometimes causes my body to create symptoms due to me convincing myself)so my mum thinks I'm being a drama queen  however this is somthing that has been bothering me pain wise
