Hi 

        I'm a 55 year old woman and have a full pressure feeling in my rectum ,I feel ful and I can't pass gas .The dr felt a small hard lump at the top if my bowel pressing near my pelvic bone ,I wake up drenched at night I'm so so tired always and my bowel functions are all over the place ,I'm waiting on a colonoscopy ,does this sound like bowel cancer .
