Hi for two weeks I have experiencd underarm pain that has felt a bi t like a stinging sensation I was in pain during the night and felt a lump got up had look there looked like a spot with a white head pain has started since then this evening under my other arm a ted lump has appeared same sort of pain can't tell if spot. Lump etc getting really confused regarding lymph nodes this may sound a silly question but in generally are they red or painfully etc thanks for any response
