Hi, I had an ultrasound done yesterday as have lump at rear of my neck, which is my cervical lymph node, the person that did the ultrasound said it is of normal structure, my question is that if it was cancerous would it be seen by ultrasound?
An ultrasound can be used to diagnose conditions including cancer. Sometimes further tests are needed if the doctor deems it necessary. If you have any further medical questions it would be best to discuss with your doctor.
