Updated to make more clear: I had an appointment with an ENT over a month ago, he referred me for a ultrasound of a lump in my neck - I haven't heard back about when the ultrasound will be. I've had no letter confirming the ultrasound referal and was not told when to expect an ultrasound appointment. What are the usual waiting times? What are your experiences? I wouldn't have thought it would take a month to hear back about having an ultrasound/getting an appointment for an ultrasound.
