I'm 18 and last week discovered a lump in my neck, then 5 days later I discover 2 smaller ones next to it. I've had no other symptoms and no illness recently. 
 

I went to my GP who had a feel of my kneck and stomach? I told him how I feel healthy and had no symptoms, he said the lumps were firm, rubbery only a few millimetres and that he wasn't concerned and to just go back if the lumps don't go, however this appointment hasn't put me at ease at all I can't help but worry it's more than just a lump that's come up for no reason. 

im fit and healthy, exercise regularly, eat well and the only history of cancer in my family is my cousin. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had a random no sympton few lumps show up and what there outcome was.
