Welcome to the forum.Yes, it's a little known fact that a number of men get breast cancer too. Make an appointment to see your GP as soon as possible. If she/he is at all suspicious, they will refer you to the breast clinic for tests. It usually takes up to 2 weeks to get a referral through and a further 1-2 weeks to get the results of tests back.

I'm glad to hear that you are going to make an appointment with your GP. It would be worth asking for an emergency appointment to speed things up for you. If you explain to the receptionist, your symmptoms, I'm sure that she will fit you in ASAP. If your GP is at all suspicious, he will refer you to the breast clinic. This usually takes 2 weeks.
The breast clinic will carry out routine tests and it will take a further 1-2 weeks to get the results back. It is only then that you will get a diagnosis. It is a scary time waiting for the results of tests, so the sooner you put things in motion, the sooner you will find out.
