Evening lovely people. Twenty years ago I had a lumpectomy, which turned out to be a cyst. I had a mammogram two years ago, due to finding a lump but was told all was normal.  In the last couple of weeks my lumpectomy scar has got a dimple in it & I’ve got a lot of little red dots on both my breasts.

I’m 44, peri-menopausal & have quite large breasts. Any advice would be gratefully received before I make an appointment with my GP.
