Well try not to over panic as 8.5 out of ten lumps are benign... my first four call backs from mamorgrams over the years were fine... just had lumpy boobs .. though yes I did panic after getting the call backs .. and one lump was like a flat pebble .. so fingers crossed yours will be o.k too ..

So let us know how you go .. keep as busy as possible so you don't have time to dwell .. l know it's easier said then done... but we've all been there .. it's all a waiting game .. tests / treatments / results and ops ... but we never get used to it ... and there's no easy way round ..

Thank you for your reply, I took your advice and kept busy it did help.

I had my appointment today, examined, mammogram and a scan, I have mastalgia which is causing me pain  just so grateful to the NHS and that it isn't serious
