Hi there, it is normal procedure for them to check your womb with a hysteroscopy.  Are you having this under a general anaesthetic do you know? Have yuo had a date yet?  I do suffer with anxiety but I try to keep busy and not overthink things right up until I am actually in the hospital then I do get incredibly nervous but I try and keep occupied by reading and deep breathing through nose to try and calm myself.  I hope everything goes okay for you x

Hi Thankyou for your reply ,I don't know what I'm having yet I've got a date for 9th October ,I'm trying to keep busy and think positive but my anxiety is real bad I suffer with my stomach and I feel sick all the time and I'm constantly on the toilet I'm that nervous I find it hard to stay calm worse time is on a night x

try not to worry to much I had one done 2 weeks ago and I worried myself sick but it’s not that bad. Take some pain relief before you go and the nurse is there to support you. I felt a bit sore for couple of days after but it’s anxious wait for results which is the worst part of any procedure but you will find you’re strength to cope I’m sure. There’s nobody a biggerworrier than me and if I can do it I’m sure you can Best wishes to you and try think positive x 

Hi Thankyou for your reply,I'm not worried about the procedure it's the results , I suffer with really bad anxiety,sickness feeling sick,diarrhoea and at the moment it's really bad I'm just worrying all the time it's in my head constantly i thought you got the results straight away,did you have it done because you had a thick lining round your uterus that's why I'm having it done ,hope you hear some news soon let me know good luck xx
