Hi everyone looking for some help if possible,

I had a one night stand a couple of months back and about a week later started getting intense burning inside of my vagina, we did use a condom but it broke last minute. The burning has been on and off mostly daily and when I had a look up there I seen a yellow/white colored bump/spot, it’s hard to touch but fleshy. I discovered some flat but long growths in there too and if I put my finger in I can feel some hard lumps. I got tested for chlamydia and Gonorea and was negative. I’ve read online that HPV infections for genital warts don’t show for a few months after infection so I don’t know what to do I’m too shy to go to my GP, I also have an enlarged urethra and constantly feel the need to wee, salt baths have been helping. Sometimes it feels tingly along my vagina. Thank you.
