Nearly 6 weeks ago my 9yo broke her thigh. She had pins and plates fitted but while there they found a cyst so took biopsy. 1st hosp wasnt 100% on results so was sent to a different hospital on 13th sept. This hospital have looked and discussed in mdt on friday gone. I got a phone call yesterday with an appt for monday coming with a Consultant who specialises in bone tumours, sarcoma etc. Her appt is in paediatric orthopedic and oncology clinic. 

What's the likely hood were looking at a cancer diagnosis. Baring in mind shes been under the 1st hosp for her broken thigh and post op treatment. Untill this biopsy result. In my mind surely if there was nothing to worry about they would have just told her regular Consultant and not contacted me at all
