Worried about lump and pain

Hi all, 

I’m 21 and about 2 weeks ago I noticed I had some breast pain and when I did a self exam I noticed I could feel a grape sized lump and also noted I had two patches of discolouration on my skin. I went to see my GP on Thursday who said the area feels quite nodular and I’ve been referred to breast clinic. Less than 24 hours they phoned to organise an appointment for this Friday coming and she said it’s likely they will do an ultrasound. I don’t have a history of breast cancer in my family but my mum has got stage 4 lymphoma and my dad passed away from cancer so my brain is going into overdrive

    i am at the same stage as you. I have pain in my breast and in my arm, dimpling in my skin and also a lump in my right breast.

    i have my first appointment at the breast clinic on Wednesday this week and I am dreading it, full of anxiety and don’t know what to expect. 

    I am 35 so a little older but just wanted to let you know, I am going through the same worries and know how awful it must be for you too
