I've been called back for an urgent blood test following a scan last week. The scan was to locate a coil but they told me at the time that they could see a growth on my ovary. They said at the time I would be re-scanned in a month to monitor changes. I wasn't expecting to be called in so quickly. Is this just precautionary? My mom is currently in remission and I lost my dad to cancer 15 years ago.
