Hey all. Hope your all well.

im 35 years old. In July.. i saw an indent on the side of my breast towards where near the Armpit and just below my nipple , was getting a dull ache as well.. so went to the GP.. she said I’m gonna refer u to the breast clinic.. was seen within 14 days, went the consultant the physical examination, checked for lumps etc and said I don’t c there’s anything to worry about and im happy to let you go cos I wasn’t convinced I kept asking r u sure etc..he straight away sent me for ultrasound for my own peace of mind and the ultrasound come back normal as well. Consultant said that the other breast has got a slight indentation so it’s he’s not worried  and cos iv lost weight etc it can happens..but he didn’t mention the one below the nipple . fast forward September .. the dull ache started again, but it’s not constant or all the time.. only when I’m moving my arm or moving around and lifting as I have my own convienence store. Went to the GP.. she checked my again and the location of the ache is where the muscle is.. and to take painkiller and rest .. but ache comes and goes and it comes in the evening and last for 30 sec to 1 min and goes .when I’m not doing anything or not using my arm it’s normal and all fine . don’t know what to do,’help!! I’m worried the consultant may not checked or maybe have missed something or the ultrasound didn’t check in the right place .

am I being paranoid or am I right in worrying
