My left tonsil has always been big, what's kicked off my post here is the presence of flesh coloured lumps on my tonsil and around the palatopharyngeal arch (both sides) and a nice case of tonsillitis that's appeared (bleeding, dark red patches and white)

The tonsillitis has gone down within 24 hours, but the flesh colored lumps have been present for months now, I haven't a sore throat only lately with the tonsillitis but went away after 24 hours 

My concern is why is my left tonsil is always large, and my right is like I don't even have one, I have never ever seen one on my right side as if it doesn't exists even when I contract my throat I see nothing, I've never had tonsillitis in my 23 years so it was a big surprise to spit blood and see the mess of my throat
