Hi every one

I could do with some advice 

I found a small hard but not tender lump on the side of my boob about 5 months ago put it down to "probably nothing"

3 weeks ago just be4 my period found another lump put it down to "hormones" 

Yesterday while sitting down saw a indent about 5 cm across my boob..... only way to describe it would be a hard scar..... I then googled how to do a breast examination..... they stated about lifting your arms up over ur head in the mirror.... so I did this after a shower and was shocked at the sight of another indent that goes from my armpit to under my nipple

I had to go walk in center today just to put my mind to rest..... any way got in the room with the lovely nurse..... chatting away she was lovely and bubbly...... I sit on the bed totally topless (not really bothered after 5 c sections lol) she tells me my right nipple points in a different direction.

I lie down she takes a minute or 2 on the left breast..... came to the right one and she was going round and round back to several different spots several different times took at least 10 minutes on this one .... then her demeanour changed completely..... it was like the devil walked in...... she passed me my top and bra and told me she would be back.....

She returned with a referral form in hand..... I asked her if she felt the 2 lumps and she looked up and said I'm sorry I found 5..... and the scar like indents that I could see where actually ropey..... I do not no what she means..... she filled out the form and tryed telling me about what Is to come...... 

Now I haven't ever been to any appointment like this but I was expecting her to at least say dont worry it could be this or that but she didnt..... she handed me a few leaflets and away I was...... 

I am scared as I'm only 28 I have 5 young children and my partner doesn't seam to understand how serious it could be he just said well u will have to take some medication then......

On calling my nan witch lives over 300 miles away she has told me a long line of family cancer history including breast.....

I have read a few stories on here but cant find any thing about the indents or rope like texture..... is this a hopful thing or am I right to be worried 

Update I dunno if it is linked but I've now got pain in my ribs front and back.... shoulder..... and neck 

Rang 111 and they sent a ambulance obv theres nothing they could do
