Hashimotos and swollen lyme nodes

Hi, I currently have hashimotos thyroiditis and take tablets daily. I've recently noticed the left side of my neck is firm and looks swollen in one side, I think it's my lyme nodes. Should this be something to worry about? I have no pain but when I touch it but its difficult to breath and swallow when I touch it and lie on that side on a night time?

    If you haven't already, you should contact your GP about these symptoms.

    When you are worried that you may have cancer, it can be tempting to look for answers on an online forum, but this can end up increasing your worries rather than making you feel better. The only person that can diagnose you is your doctor.
