I'm sorry to hear that you've been referred to the hospital. I'm sure it's a very worrying time for you. 

As you've found these lumps in your breast your GP has done the right thing by arranging for you to be seen by a specialist at the breast clinic. But it's really important to remember that the large marjority of people who are seen at the clinic aren't diagnosed with cancer. There could be any number of reasons for your symptoms and hopefully the specialist will be able to set you on the right road to getting things sorted quickly.
