Hello, I had severe lower abdominal pain for a long time but would often dismiss it as cyclical pain. However about a month ago I became extremely bloated and the pain was very intense- so I went straight to the hospital. After internal ultrasound they found a 14cm cyst. I was kept in for 4 days with various doctor's saying yes we will operate and the next doctor saying "watchful waiting" after which I was discharged. So it's been 4 weeks of pain and exhaustion with no outcome for this 14cm cyst? Just waiting.. I want back for an ultrasound and it's not decreased in size. I'm back again on Friday to see my gynae but this all seems a mess? I'm so frustrated because I have no idea what's going on with no reassurance.
