Hi...I have joined this group to hopefully get some reasurance and advice.
So at the beginning of Aug I went to GP with various symptoms. Weight loss, night sweats, anxious, a few lumps in my arm pit (been there a long time) smaller ones on jaw line and neck. I honestly thought it was menopause or thyroid...Any way dr did bloods, all ok. But refered me to blood Dr for potential non-hogdkins. Was seen there 10 days later.Dr was very rude...asking why " I thought I had cancer?"!!! I didnt but GP obviously worried so sent me. Anyway he did more bloods and sent for CT scan " To keep me happy!" his words. He booked a follow up appointment for 1st Oct, but said if allok he would cancel the appointment. Had CT done 4 weeks ago, GP still not got results. Is this normal waiting time? Im now thinking the worst as the appointment has not been cancelled so does this mean someting is up??? AGGGHHH hate waiting.
