Waiting for mammogram but im so scared

Iv never done this before, just i feel like im going crazy. 

My armpit has a lump and is swollen my nipple is red and boob has been sore for a while now its all on my right side im only 23 i have other health problems like kidney stone, diverticuliar disease which i was only diagnosed on the 27th of August, i now have this i am waiting for mammogram but can anyone please tell me some good news that they have been through the same i have a 1year old and just so fed up with bad news atm.. i want to be healthy for my baby.

    I'm really sorry to hear that you're dealing with all these health concerns at the moment, especially when you should be emjoying time with your little one. 

    It's good that your GP has referred you for tests. Please try to remember that the majority of people who attend breast clinic aren't diagnosed with breast cancer. There could be many reasons for your symptoms.
