I've pain around my nipple on my left breast that always there when touched but worsens (this is the 3rd time)

ive been to the breast clinic twice (once last year and one in Feb this year) I've had an ultra sound the first time that did not find anything - I was told I had lumpy breasts. The second visit I had a mammogram which found a shadow (on the other breast to the sore one) but the ultra sound did not find anything.

the pain is back and I'm unsure whether I should just get in with it or get it checked again. It's very stressful and upsetting to be sent away again. 

Any info advice and experience would be great. 
I maybe a bit more sensitive to the feelings of worry panic and paranoia as my brother passed of cancer last year at the same age so it's very much on my mind.
