I have polycysitic ovaries.

I usually have one period a year and its its pretty much the same each time. Brown blood for a day red blood for 3/4 then brown again. 

I have had strange bleeding for the last month.

i had a red blood bleed for just one day then the following week a “normal” for me period. Then 2 days later brown then black blood similar to that blood when I start or end a period. It has lasted two weeks and thenyesterday i had a looooot of red blood with lots of black blood clots some of which looked dry not fresh like hard clots as such. Along with this I’ve had glue / jelly like discharge and a constant pain in my tummy to the left hand side of my pelvic area.
