I hope that your appointment with the Dr went well and that they were able to give you some reassurance about the lumps in your neck. 

I can see from this, and a previous post, that you struggle with anxiety at times. I'm unsure if this is something that you've discussed with your GP but it may be worth speaking to them to see if you can get some support to better manage this. He didn’t seem that bothered and said it happens when fighting infection.

I’m still quite worried though as they've never appeared before when I've been ill and I’ve been feeling quite sick for the past few days too
