Hello, 

I would love to some reassurance. I’m very worried and very scared. I’m 24, had my first ever smear. And the results have been low grade and HPV positive. I feel so uncomfortable that I have HPV, I simply do not understand. 

Some people are telling me I may need to have a biopsy but my letter doesn’t say that. But the booklet does too. Is this something that is painful. I’m just so scared. Some are saying not to worry but I’m so so worried. 

Please can people help and advise me the best they can.
